Return and Refund Policy

This page explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on www.vit2go.nl. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law always apply, and where this page and our Terms of Service differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving it. You can also cancel any time between placing the order and delivery. This applies to full-price and sale items alike.
To cancel, email us at info@vit2go.net with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by reply.
Once you've told us you're cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the products back.
What can be returned
Sachets are sealed for hygiene reasons. If a sachet's seal has been broken, that sachet can't be returned — this is a statutory exemption we're not able to waive. Opening the outer packaging to check your order is fine and doesn't affect your right to return.
You can handle the products as you would in a shop. If they've been used or handled more than needed to check what they are, we may deduct an amount for the reduction in value.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of sending the products back to us. If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered, we cover the return cost.
Your refund
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the payment method you originally used. We may hold the refund until we've received the products back, or until you send us proof that you've posted them — whichever is sooner.
Your refund includes the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate.
Faulty or incorrect products
This is separate from cancelling an order. Under Dutch law your products must be what you can reasonably expect them to be. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email info@vit2go.net with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
