Shipping & Delivery Information

Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on your total order value after any discounts have been applied and including VAT.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and are calculated from the date your order is dispatched.

When We Ship

Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, during weekends, or on public holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Unless we agree on a different delivery date with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of your order being confirmed.

If we do not deliver within this period, you may give us a reasonable additional period to complete the delivery. If we still fail to deliver within that additional period, you may cancel your order and we will provide a full refund without undue delay.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, including Switzerland, your order may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Import VAT

  • Carrier or customs handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay us. Any such charges are your responsibility as the importer.

We recommend checking the applicable customs and import rules in your country before placing an order.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us because import duties, taxes, or other applicable charges were not paid, we will refund the price of the goods minus the cost of return shipping.

Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, takes physical possession of the goods.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.

If your parcel cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the price of the goods minus the cost of return shipping.

Problems With Your Delivery

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Arrives incomplete

  • Does not arrive at all

please contact us at info@vit2go.net and include your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the issue so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
